Like yourself I was beseiged by the ridiculous media images of hypnotic mind control. Independent education led me away from those misconceptions and steered me towards professional training in hypnotherapy.
My training
A few years ago I was fortunate enough to discover The Atlanta National Hypnotherapy Institute, Georgia's only state certified school of hypnotherapy. After several hundred classroom, laboratory and clinic hours I earned the title Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and started my practice in Decatur. Because I consider education an ongoing proposition, I have continued augmenting my training with additional technologies such as Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
